We ship nationally and internationally for the standard postage fee using Australia Post. For international customers to know your local currency conversion, just choose your currency, add your items to the cart and move through to the checkout – simple! You will see the price in your local currency before you actually have to pay. Once your order has been processed, shipping takes anywhere from 3-8 business days within Australia depending on your location. International shipping usually takes between 10-15 business days depending on your local postal service. However, some international mail can take longer so should this occur, we thank you for your patience in advance gorgeous!

How do I use Afterpay?
For the first time you use Afterpay, the first instalment will need to be available at time of checkout as it will be taken out immediately. The following instalments will then be deducted fortnightly after that. For any future Afterpay orders, your first instalment will be deducted within 14 days. The full payment schedule will be provided at time of purchase.

Can I return my Afterpay order?
Yes, our normal Returns Terms & Conditions apply to all Afterpay orders. You have 14 days from date of dispatch to return your order, pending all other return conditions are met.

What if I miss a payment?
You will be charged a late fee of $10 plus a further $7 fee 7 days later if the payment still has not been made.

We do not recommend using the coffee scrubs during pregnancy as they contain essential oils and the scrubbing action can have a stimulating effect on the body though we definitely recommend the coffee scrubs post pregnancy!

No, we do not use preservatives in our coffee scrubs. The South Pacific virgin coconut oil has antimicrobial properties and acts as an antioxidant.

Bondi Scrubs do not contain animal derived ingredients and are strongly against animal tested ingredients in any of our products. Bondi Scrubs products contain plant derived ingredients and are suitable for vegans.

No, no, and no! Bondi Scrubs is only tested on gorgeous babes.

The Bondi Scrubs 50g sachet is usually for single use, and the 200g sachet will give you many applications. Unopened, the shelf life of your scrub is 24 months. As the scrubs have virgin coconut oil which is antimicrobial, this preserves the product for up to 6 months once opened though this can lesson if water gets inside the sachet. To really take care of your scrub we recommend that you transfer the required amount into a plastic container before application so you can use with wet hands especially if scrubbing in the shower.

All Bondi Scrubs are suitable for all skin types including sensitive. If you have super sensitive skin we recommend you do a patch test first. All of our scrubs are made with the exact same carefully selected organic ingredients to detoxify, smooth and nourish your skin with added essential oils and natural fragrances to uplift. So really it just depends on which flavour you like and the mood you’re in. Though we recommend that you sample all of them as the aromas are amazing!
