This coconut oil is made from wild grown coconuts that are gathered by villagers in the South Pacific Islands rather than grown in a plantation. Once gathered, the flesh is pressed using the DME® method (Direct Micro Expelling) which is known in the industry as the highest quality method of extraction. This is done within 1 hour of the coconut being cracked. This delivers a consistent product which is completely unrefined virgin oil and free from all chemicals and impurities.
